We've been using Buzzsprout. What we like about Buzzsprout is its network of partners, you publish your podcast with them and it gets syndicated via RSS and appears on a range of other sites at the same time.
A
negative is that is uses sub domains which from our experience elswhere
don't perform very well compared to a main website, that said its only
an issue with buzzsprout and not their partners.

There is a lot to be said for the easy of use of their website and that allow pre-rolls to be easily added to the main tracks. Overall we are enjoying their service and will stick with them.
Other potential hosting providers are being considered also.
